The Columbus Ohio Real Estate Market is heating up!

Normally spring is the busiest time for the Columbus Ohio real estate market. However, the current home buyer tax credit should motivate home buyers to buy sooner than later, because more qualify now. Seller’s who’ve owned their home for at least 5 years, may qualify for the $6,500 tax credit. To take advantage of the tax credit, the home you buy must be in contract by April 30, and close by June 30, 2010.
