  7. Contract and Negotiations
    When we’ve found the home you love, we’ll prepare a purchase contract and negotiate with the seller, to get you the best price and terms. We’ll help you determine pricing by preparing a custom CMA (comparative market analysis).
  8. Home Inspection & Remedy Process
    Pricing isn’t the only negotiation. Once in contract, you can have various tests and home inspections. After the inspections, we’ll advise on appropriate repairs to request of the seller and negotiate on your behalf.
  9. Closing
    We coordinate all the details with your lender and title company, to ensure a smooth closing. Prior to closing, we’ll do a final walk-thru and verify any repair requests were completed properly.
